Royal Freightliner - Parts Administrator

We are looking for someone to learn our parts business and fill the role of Parts Administrator. This person will work with and support our parts team. Reporting to the Parts Manager the duties include:

Answer Phones – direct calls as needed. Assist customers with questions.

Email Requests – reply to emails as needed.

Balance Cashiers Report and reconcile the VISA statement – first thing in the morning.

Email Invoices – email customer invoices each morning.

Post Inventory and help in inventory management.

File invoices for vendors, suppliers, cores and customers.

Help shipper and receiver as required.

MSDS – maintain the online MSDS system for the dealership.

The applicant must be very team-oriented. We all work together and help each other out through the day. A knowledge of computer systems is essential. If you like a fast-paced environment with new challenges, please apply.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
